GUSBETH LEON

Music Composer - Film Teather Games | Audio Engineer

I am a 22 year old music composer and studio engineer, and my creative journey began in 2012. Although I grew up producing electronic music, I feel deeply connected to theatre and cinematic storytelling. For me, music is a way of revealing emotional truth. I do not simply produce tracks, I build atmosphere, tension, vulnerability and release. I want my sound to breathe with the actors on stage and move with the story on screen.

Over the years, I have developed a diverse portfolio of original compositions, beats, and sync ready productions created for film, theatre, and visual media. I approach every project with both artistic sensitivity and technical precision, combining composition, sound design, recording, mixing, and mastering into one coherent vision.

I see music as more than entertainment. It is a way to bring honesty, depth, and inner reality into the world through art.

PAUL DÄCHTER

I, Paul Dächter, had the opportunity to work with Leon Gusbeth on a short film project.

During this project, he was responsible for both leading the audio department and composing the film’s music. He handled both roles with a high level of professionalism and technical expertise. He managed two team members in the audio department, coordinating their work in a structured and reliable way. Thanks to his strong background in audio production, Leon was able to give clear direction, solve technical problems quickly, and keep the workflow efficient. He also has an excellent understanding of film music, rhythm, and audiovisual storytelling, which made the collaboration especially effective. My creative ideas and narrative intentions were translated precisely because he understands the dramatic role of sound and music in film very well. What stands out most is his ability to turn visual emotion into fitting sound design and music, enhancing the emotional impact for the audience. Beyond his technical skills, Leon is cooperative, proactive, creative, and open to new ideas and perspectives. Because of this combination of technical knowledge, artistic sensitivity, and teamwork, I consider him highly qualified to lead audiovisual projects and to professionally deliver complex media productions in the field of sound and music.
